For Classes II to VIII

Requirements.

The requirements are as follows:-

1. Entry Test
2. Merit
3. Original School leaving certificate
4. Last result card
5. Copy of Parent’s NIC
6. Photo copy of Form-B
7. Two passport size photographs

For Board Classes (SSC)

Requirements.

The requirements are as follows:-

1. Entry Test
2. Merit
3. School leaving certificate / Provisional Certificate
4. Photo copy of Form-B
   
5. Two passport size photographs
6. Registration / Migration of the Board (if applicable)
7. Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) (attested) (if applicable)
8. Attested photocopy of birth certificate
9. Affidavit (pattern is available with college)
10. Copy of Parent’s CNIC

For Board Classes (HSSC)

Requirements.

The requirements are as follows:-

1. Entry Test
2. Merit
3. Two passport size photographs
4. Photo copy of Form-B
5. Copy of Parent’s NIC
6. Registration / Migration certificate;(if applicable)
7. Provisional and Character Certificate (attested);(if applicable)
8. Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) (attested);(if applicable)

NOTE: To be noted that if “B” form is not submitted at the time of admission, Rs.100/- fine per month will be charged from date of admission till submitted.
