Promotion Policy

Examinations are conducted and the results are prepared on the basis of following criteria,

• First Bimonthly 20 Marks
• Second Bimonthly 20 Marks
• Mid Term 60 Marks
• First Bimonthly 20 Marks
• Second Bimonthly 20
• Marks Final Term 60 Mark

The promotion policy is following.

• Students failing in any one non-core subject will be promoted on conditional basis in successive classes.
• Students failing in any two non-core subjects will be promoted on conditional basis in successive classes.
• Students failing in any two-core subject will not be promoted in successive classes.
• Students failing in any one core subject will not be promoted in successive classes.
• Students failing in any one core and two non-core subjects will not be promoted in successive classes.
• Pass percentage for each subject is 40%.
• Aggregate passing percentage is 45%.
• The student failing twice consecutively in the final examination is to be withdrawn from the school and college.
