STUDENTS DAILY DIARY- RECOMMENDATIONS NOTE FOR PARENTS//GUARDIANS
You are requested to read “the starting/initial pages” students daily diary;
i. Make sure to complete/fill in the first page/bio data info on diary properly.
ii. Read carefully & follow instructions/details on student’s diary regarding the School uniform/rules/fines etc.
iii. Diary /notebooks should be properly named & covered with plastic(take care of wear/tear of diaries make child to keep it properly).
iv. Diary’s related H.W/C.W/Note must be checked & signed/Acknowledged , on regular basis by parents. Ensuring to take notes (if given) on positive perspective for the betterment of child & discuss if required.
v. Your ward should bring the Books & Note Books as per the Class Time Table mentioned on diary.
vi. Children’s own pencil box, an eraser, a sharpener and sharpened pencils/pen etc should be provided and checked before sending them to school.
vii. Follow & prepare your ward on daily basis for class tests/assessment & take follow up of feed back provided by teacher as This would help you in keeping abreast with your ward’s academic performance in School.
viii. Whenever Tests on Note Books are sent home, make your ward/s do the correction work by learning again, then sign the Note Books and send back, on the very next day.Make sure that student completes the incomplete / pending work sent in time.
*Notebooks should also be taken care of by naming/covering /completion and signing on it.
Regularity & punctuality should always be followed
Encourage your child to read at home to become a good Reader speak well infront of them & let them notice & learn something positive everyday!
