It is to inform you that a campaign of COVID vaccination to 5 – 11 years aged students has been scheduled during current week. Letter received from Govt Dept. is enclosed herewith. As per directives, the same vaccination is mandatory for the students of the same age group.
In this connection, a team of Govt Health Dept. will visit the institution on Friday 23rd Sept 2022 to provide vaccination to the students.
You are requested to send your consent through WhatsApp today, if your son / daughter is 5 – 11 years of age and you desire him/ her to get COVID- 19 pfizer vaccine or otherwise.
